Bo Stewart

Bo is an Associate at Digitalis Ventures.

Prior to joining Digitalis, Bo worked in the Corporate Development group at Petco, specializing in mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, JV investments, and strategic finance projects. Previously, Bo spent his career in investment banking at Houlihan Lokey, Bank of America, Citigroup, and PNC. During this time, he advised companies within the business services, real estate, gaming & lodging, retail, and utilities industries across various strategic initiatives, including M&A and public debt and equity financings.

Bo received his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and his BA from Vanderbilt University.
