Ben Jacobs

Ben is a Partner at Digitalis Ventures.

Ben has contributed to multiple pet care companies, including founding smart device category creator Whistle, which was acquired by Mars Petcare and Modern Animal, which is redefining veterinary care. He helped establish the Companion Fund and Leap Venture Studio for startups in the space. As a proud parent of both human twins and rescue dogs, he serves on the Board of PetSmart Charities, the leading funder of animal welfare in North America. Previously, Ben served as an EIR and investor with DCM Ventures and as a management consultant at Bain & Company, where he worked across technology, private equity and consumer goods. He holds B.A. and M.A. degrees from Yale University.
